Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation unless the product has already been shipped or installation work has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

• Product is defective or damaged upon delivery

• Incorrect product supplied

• Order canceled within the allowed cancellation period

Non-Refundable Services

Installation services, custom-built climbing walls, and customized equipment are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
